Onondaga County is reaching out to county businesses and merchants to encourage participation in a discount program designed to recognize and thank military Veterans for their sacrifices and service to our country.

New Horizons of Syracuse and Rochester is proud to be one of those businesses.

Any honorably discharged military Veteran residing in Onondaga County can get their FAVOR card by following the directions on the county’s web site.

New Horizons of Syracuse and Rochester will give any Veteran participating in Onondaga County’s FAVOR (Find and Assist Vets of Record) program one day of applications training at no charge. This would include topics such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others. Please contact us for more information and specific details.
